I work in Insights and Analytics, so as you can probably tell, I’m a numbers man! I started out studying Psychology at the University of Birmingham, but stayed on to study Marketing and I’ve enjoyed it ever since.
As a Marketing Analyst, I work with client data to analyse and understand customers. As part of the amazing Insights team, I provide insights into the who, what, when, where and why of customer behaviour, helping Account Managers to develop more targeted and effective campaigns to reach out to existing customers and new prospects. The best part of my job is learning how to use new software to build a more detailed and interesting picture of customers, which helps the client to achieve greater heights of success.
When I’m not working on the numbers, I’m usually in the gym, reading a good book or hanging out with the family watching a good comedy. Just for the record, Kevin Hart is hilarious!
