Managing Director

I’m the Managing Director and look after the day-to-day running of the agency. My main objective is to make sure we have happy clients and happy staff. We achieve this with quick-response creative solutions to answer the most varied and challenging briefs – no one day is the same.

For the most part they’re wildly different! Some nights end in the early hours perfecting client videos for awards ceremonies. Some mornings start early – I might join one of our Account Managers for a run through other presentations, or set off for Exeter to present sales creative to another client – and then there’s the afternoon…

It’s all worth it, of course. It’s particularly gratifying when we create an inventive and successful new project; working on the Hendy Red Nose Day Social media campaign was both fun and rewarding. We may have slightly underestimated how many profile pictures we would need to add noses to, but it was all worth it when our client won the prestigious ‘Social Media Campaign of the Year’ at the AM awards.

I am a huge fan of mixed martial arts (MMA) and heavy metal. That’s a very forceful mix so I’m not sure what that says about me? To counteract the aggression, my favourite sweets are jellybeans and my cats are called Lolly and Oreo!
